Trade Floor Support Analyst

An expanding trading business based in central London is looking for a Trade Floor Support Analyst to join them on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

As Trade Floor Support Analyst you will work with the Service Desk team across all areas of support, across all areas of the business. Scope for this role includes all systems and processes covering the elements of end user computing, and includes systems under support from both vendor and internally developed systems.

The successful Trade Floor Support Analyst will take ownership of issues and be a central point of contact for issues reported by customers, providing desktop support whilst being friendly and outgoing. You will need excellent communication skills and work proactively as part of a team to ensure the optimum functioning of the business.

As Trade Floor Support Analyst you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a pressurised, trade floor environment, and be confident in providing superior customer service to people of all levels within the business. You will need good technical skills in particular with Active Directory, but also with the overall Microsoft technical stack, including Windows 7/10, Exchange client support, Citrix, Mobile Device Management, and be familiar with ITIL processes. Exposure to SCCM would be highly preferable.
