Application Support Analyst
My client is a global linguistics translation technology business that specialise in building bespoke applications for some of the world's most decorated brands. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for supporting a huge user base that spans the globe. They are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is keen to pick up new technology and systems quickly.
Joining a technical team you will be working on a combination of 1st and 2nd line, supporting the bespoke in house applications. Full training and support is provided throughout your career to help you stay up to date with best practise.
The company have recently moved over into their new offices which is fully equipped with its own terrace bar, auditorium and wellness suite.
As the company has such a global presence you will get the opportunity to go and visit the US side of the business with a training trip to New York for a week.
This position will require shift work therefore we hope to find someone who is able to be flexible around their working day.
- Previous experience in Application Support
- Basic SQL knowledge
