If you are an Android Developer looking to move into a start-up and itching to move away from your crushing suited and booted corporate lifestyle and wanting to go towards a jeans and t shirt eutopia, you will very much like the sound of this.
A start-up company operating in the visitor attraction space, who have experienced vast growth over the years and recently received another round of funding are looking for an Android Developer to join their friendly and ambitious technical team. The company in question are based in Staffordshire, being a tech focused company, technology is at the heart of what they do, and therefore the company ensure they are always up to date with the latest technologies and practices, something that has contributed massively to their success in recent years.
This is a company that work with some of the world largest and most well-known visitor attraction brands and their technology and is used by millions of users across the world. They have cutting edge development edge, a CEO with a technical background and lots of interesting Greenfield project coming up.
As the Android Developer it is essential that you have a strong understanding of the full development lifecycle as well as a high level of technical ability in native app development using either Java or Kotlin. It is also essential that you are able to maintain high levels of professional conduct and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Your role will focus on building a great mobile experience, constantly innovating what is possible on mobile to deliver new and exciting experiences to their end users. You will focus on a 'quality-first' approach to development, adhering to coding standards and best practice.

The team culture is very important here and you will be immediately integrated into a relaxed and enjoyable working environment. You will also be given the opportunity to progress through the company due to their meritocratic structure so there is no reason within a few years you can't be the head of mobile development.
They will pay anything between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on your experience, on top of that 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), brand new Macbook Pro, free parking, tea, coffee and fruit. Also due to the nature of the business share options are available as well.
