SQL DBA - South West London

Are you a Database Administrator with demonstrable experience in the implementation, configuration, maintenance and performance of critical SQL Server systems? This will be a hands on role so excellent communication skills are a must!

Responsible for the development and sustainment of the SQL clusters you will be checking the security, health and performance of them, executing data loads as well as getting involved in data modelling. A background in NoSQL as well as significant SQL relational database knowledge is a must for this position. As the sole DBA within the Technical team you will have the opportunity to explore new tech and influence the company's database strategy and road map.

As well as thorough experience with MS SQL Server (up to SQL 2016) as a DBA you will also have experience with Performance Tuning and Optimisation (PTO) as well as a strong knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options. Experience with SSRS and SSIS and replication including multi-site is also a necessity for this role.
