1st Line Support Analyst - Active Directory / Windows 10 - West London - £150pd - 1 Month Contract

Helpdesk Support Analyst with a good knowledge of Active Directory / Windows 10 required for an internet provider based in London. The role has become available due to an increase in support work.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will help with system checks that a recent application roll-out has been successful. They will visit each user's PC and check the software has downloaded and that it is being picked up on their monitoring system. Experience with AD / Windows 10 is essential.

An excellent opportunity for a helpdesk support analyst to get exposure to 2nd line work

The role will require travelling to City of London, Reading, Manchester, although the main office is based in Hammersmith so you must have a car and a valid driver's license.

Key Skills

  • MUST have a car and valid driver's license
  • 1st Line Support experience
  • Active Directory (create users, disable users, rest passwords, add to groups)
  • Windows 10
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly, helpful and approachable
