They aren't your usual bunch of Finance guys - it's a relaxed and collaborative culture, similar to a start-up environment, everyone is approachable and friendly, and really smart! In the London office there is table tennis and free food, not to mention regular social events for the whole team.

As the Product Analyst within the London office you will spend most of your time performing a mix of Product, Marketing and Customer Analytics. This might include engaging with the Product Director to provide data insights on new products, hypotheses testing and analysis of A/B testing results. You will also build data visualisation dashboards for new products and campaigns.

You will also be involved in CRM campaign analysis and customer retention along with customer lifetime value analysis and providing insights on 3rd party data sets.

Due to the nature of this role stakeholder engagement capability is very important, you will be working with Head of Product, Product Director, VP of Marketing and providing ad-hoc analysis for the CFO and CEO. You must be confident to present your dashboards and provide insight in a clear, concise and non-technical way.

You should be able to balance excellent business analysis skills with equally amazing technical skills, SQL is a must, along with a strong understanding of data structures. BI tool experience i.e. Tableau / Power BI and Excel to an advanced level including modelling. Your profile will stand out if you have experience of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Python or R and a background in financial services, marketing or consulting.

If you are confident, articulate with strong communication skills and are happy to engage with anyone at any level you will do well. You will also be a collaborative, technically minded individual who has the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable business insight. You provide a consultative approach and actually take the time to ask what the business is trying to achieve so you provide the best possible solution.

Prospects here are good - this opportunity will give you a very broad understanding of a growing, fast paced business and you will touch on various business areas and play an important part in the success of all new products. This organisation are very serious about personal development so you can expect access to learning platforms where you can improve or learn new tech.
