Customer Insight Analyst - Tableau / SQL / SQL Server - Central London - £30 - 40k + Benefits
A Customer Insight Analyst with Tableau, Google Analytics and SQL experience is required for a leading Media Agency in Central London. The role has become available due to increase in project workload and needing extra headcount.
The Customer Insight analyst will work across the full project lifecycle. This will include Stakeholder Management, report development and insight driven campaign and customer segmentation analysis. Technologies include Tableau, Google Analytics and SQL.
- Report development using Tableau
- Experience working with Google Analytics
- Experience with customer segmentation and campaign analysis
- Stakeholder management and client facing exposure
- Full Project lifecycle experience
- T-SQL experience (Querying, optimising queries, overarching knowlede of Relational Databases)
- Lieasing with internal and external stakeholders
