Would you like a Software Quality/Test Engineering Manager role offering you variety, greenfield projects to get stuck into and a high level of autonomy?

This Financial Services company will give you just that. They won't spoon-feed you the work. They will show you the direction and let you approach things in your own way, as part of a collaborative and agile environment.

What will you get?

  • Up to £60,000 (some flexibility)
  • Flexible Working
  • Annual bonus
  • Massive learning opportunities

You will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating a team of automation testers, mentoring and developing the team and ensuring successful team delivery. You will liaise with other Managers, Product Owners, Programme Managers, DevOps and more so good collaboration is key! Producing documentation/reports and overseeing and improving test processes also make up this opportunity.

What will make you successful?

If you do have financial services and AWS/Cloud experience then that would be helpful but by no means essential!
