HR Advisor - Insurance
A well respected Insurance business based in the heart of London is currently looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. As HR Advisor you will be responsible for the overseeing and management of all HR Adminstration and advise on HR queries. You will help manage annual compensation reviews for the UK, and also work on ad hoc projects as required. The HR Advisor will also be required to help and advised managers on employment issues, provide assistance on disciplinary matters, and provide benchmarking information to senior management.
The successful HR Advisor will need to have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced HR team, and experience of dealing with HR Systems (HR.net, Sage, ADP etc.). Previous experience of Insurance or a similar financial services environment would be highly beneficial. The successful HR Advisor should also have a relevant HR qualification, CIPD or equivalent, and be qualified in psychometric testing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effictively across the business are of paramount importance.
