Fintech Start - Up

An exciting and innovative Fintech start-up based in WeWork offices in London have a rare opportunity for a passionate and confident BI Analyst with a curiosity for deep data analysis to join the team. Due to the current incumbent moving on to pastures new this BI Analyst position is now being actively recruited.

You will be supporting the Head of BI and part of the role will include creating bespoke reports in Excel and Power BI. You will also produce daily KPI reporting, ensuring that business insights are effectively captured and commentary given. Another area to get involved in is A/B testing and you will also heavily involved in long term data projects which could include modelling and customer lifetime value analysis amongst other things.

Technical skills are really important, you will be using SQL on a daily basis along with Excel so these skills need to be on point. Power BI is useful but any BI tool experience will work. It would be great if you are a user of Python or R as both are used across the business.

Long term prospects are good, this role could lead you into a more data science focused position if you want, and the business is also looking to expand so you could get some great international exposure.
