1st/2nd Line Support Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an 1st/2nd Line Engineer to join an industry leading business, based in Leeds City Centre, who going through an exciting period of growth and expansion. They are looking for an outgoing and approachable engineer to provide both deskside and telephone based support to users across multiple locations in the UK within a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Windows 7/8/10
  • Exchange/Outlook (O365+ on-prem)
  • MFD Printer support
  • AD
  • Desktop/laptop support
  • Citrix (client-end)
