2nd Line Support/Second Line Support
I'm working exclusively with a leading IT managed services provider, based in Leeds, who are looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide support to over 2000 users spread across more than 75 clients nationally.
This is a key hire for them as they look to grow the support team having recently secured a significant support contract with a large enterprise. You will be at the forefront of the support desk using a mix of your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
Key technical skills required:
- Windows Server
- Remote Support
- Hardware configuration and support
- Understanding of networking technology
- They are certified partner to a number of leading technology companies such as Microsoft, VMware, Dell, HP amongst a number of others
