Are you a PHP Developer looking for the chance to work with talented people in a growing business?

Founded in 2010 my client has won numerous awards for innovation within the E-learning and Education sectors. With a number of successful online products in use at over 1500 schools, helping 30,000 users, my client is looking to recruit a permanent PHP Developer to support the existing development team on exciting new projects and help maintain and progress an already successful platform.

The main focus is back end development, working on a scalable PHP / Laravel based system providing unique teaching resources and managing and tracking pupil progress. There is some cool functionality such as a bespoke single sign-on system which syncs information between web apps. Experience working with internal and external APIs would be essential.

As well as experience developing on PHP you will have proven experience working client side with front end technologies such as HTML, SASS and JavaScript in an environment that adopts task runners (Gulp / Grunt) and build tools.

The role offers plenty of scope of innovation, creativity and already adopts many modern processes and practices.

The role will be based in excellent new offices in South Yorkshire with flexible working hours, free onsite car parking and excellent rail links to Leeds, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham. Salary is circa £30K depending on experience with regular salary reviews and quick progression for the right candidate.

Interview slots are available immediately, please send your CV through now for immediate consideration or contact James Westwood @ onezeero. on 01132002211 for more details.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy or maternity or age.
