Technical Customer Support Analyst
A global organisation specialising in software and infrastructure services is seeking a Technical Customer SupportA nalyst to join their growing team and provide 1st Line Support to their external and internal customers.
Coming from a background in customer service - working in a technical environment - you will be able to prioritise workloads and work within deadlines as well as identifying issues. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, dealing with difficult situations reliably and in a sensitive manner. You will be a relationship builder with good IT skills, especially with Office applications.
In this Technical Customer Support position, you will ensure that customer service levels are maintained at the highest standards whilst strengthening customer relationships with various clients and customers. You will manage all cases - providing 1st Line Support - and will act as an integral part of the client's service function. Other responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining KPI performance and enhancing relationships
- Referring technical issues to relevant departments
- Ensuring prompt responses to enquiries
- Building strong working relationships to ensure customer needs are met
This position will be based in the organisation's Cheshire office and comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.
