Senior Service Desk Analyst - up to £24,000

My client is an international software house who are looking to add a Senior Service Desk Analyst to their large internal IT team. They are looking for someone who is keen to build a successful career within IT support within a fast-paced environment, supporting over 1000 internal users.

Key skills:

  • Windows OS
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Previous experience in a service desk environment

Desirable skills:

  • ITIL Certification / experience working to ITIL principles
