Senior Business Applications Consultant (Siebel)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully leading design and development of Siebel workstreams or projects, preferably in a consultancy setting
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Senior Consultant/Developer role
  • Deep experience of configuring and customising Siebel
  • Familiarity with the nuances of managing a technical team is desirable
  • Siebel Open UI customisation experience is desirable
  • UX experience is desirable

  • Able to learn quickly from both training and on the job experience, identifying patterns and adapting solutions to fit different situations
  • Offers exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels, adapting methods to suit audience with a keen awareness of how one's own body language and tone is perceived by others
  • Able to analyse and translate complex concepts into a format which is accessible to all, using a variety of media to ensure understanding
  • Has confident writing skills with the ability to produce reports, letters and analyses to consistently high standards
  • Able to respond to verbal challenges in a reasoned and thoughtful manner
  • Helps to build team spirit and works effectively within a team, leading by example as needed
  • Has ability to work on own initiative and maintain own motivation
  • Able to visualise complex concepts and create effective real world solutions from them
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Skilled in configuring CRM COTS applications to meet business needs
  • Proficiency in Open UI-related web programming languages (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and HTML) is desirable
