Coming into the company, you will be joining the eCommerce Product Team and will help them to build out user stories, wireframes and other materials to produce first-class user experiences. Your passion for problem-solving - along with your highly analytical prowess - will be used to help contribute throughout the product process. In short - you will be identifying problems, describing solutions and helping to work collaboratively. You will be looking to gather requirements using various techniques such as workshops and one-to-ones, delivering clear, concise and accurate user stories and creating appropriate documentation such at UML process flows.
