My client is an enterprise scale organisation who are looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to their fast-paced team to provide deskside and telephone based support to their large internal user base across number sites in the UK.
- Windows OS
- TCP/IP networking
- Mobile device and Telephony support
- Previous experience in a service desk environment
