Service Desk Team Leader

My client is a Fintech organisation looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to lead the 1st and 2nd line support engineers to ensure all service requests and incidents are handled.

Key skills:

  • Act as escalation point to 1st & 2nd line engineers
  • Technical expertise: Windows Server, Networking, AD, Exchange, Virtualisation
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced service desk
