Service Desk Team Leader
My client is a fast-growing FinTech business who are looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to manager a small team supporting their large user base spread across the UK. You would be the face of internal IT and consistently work to maximise efficiency of the function to ultimately create an effective and approachable service desk.
- Previous experience leading a small Service Desk team
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Good technical support knowledge - Windows, Office, software installations, Service Desk tools etc.
