1st/2nd Line Support Engineer

A 1st/2nd Line Support opportunity with a FinTech organisation, based in Manchester. This is an urgent requirement for an Engineer to work in their technical operations team supporting and maintaining the Microsoft stack.

Key skills required:

  • Windows - desktop and server
  • Laptop/Desktop hardware
  • Exchange
  • Office - ideally O365
  • Previous experience on a fast-paced service desk
