Our candidates

One in three candidates placed by one of our Business Managers, over the last four years, have been women. And women currently make up just 27% of the UK’s digital workforce.

Our communities

It’s not all about us. In 2016, we set up a D&I-focused group called ‘Cohesion’ alongside sister brand Lorien to grow diversity and inclusion internally in our business, plus externally with our clients and communities. Employees across our businesses act as ‘champions’ for different protected characteristics and related social groupings. Each champion is responsible for increasing awareness, improving inclusivity, and enhancing the experience for each group. And we do this in lots of different ways – from company-wide celebrations for national events through to outreach programmes in different communities. Sharing is caring.

We’re also a member of the Business Disability Forum, which provides advice, training and networking opportunities to help organisations become fully accessible to disabled customers and employees.
