HR Advisor - SW London

A medium sized and well renowned retail business based in SW London is currently looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a very varied role within their HR team, and will allow the successful candidate to fully develop and round their skills across the spectrum of HR duties.

As HR Advisor you will assist in providing pro-active advice and guidance to staff of all levels within the business in line with HR policies and procedures, and be able to forge significant relationships with internal stakeholders. You will focus on providing an efficient, effective and customer focussed HR service to support all aspects of employee relationship and engagement with the business, including recruitment, training and development activities, compliance and policy.

The successful HR Advisor will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of successfully providing HR advisory within a professional environment, as well as a sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice and knowledge of employment law. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a pro-active approach to work and problem solving.
