2nd Line Support Analyst - Oracle Retail

An urgent requirement has arisen for a contract 2nd Line Support Analyst to join this rapidly expanding and highly reputable organisation as they embark on the implementation of Oracle Retail systems.

Coming from a strong Application Support background, you will possess strong experience in proactively and reactively support Oracle Retail systems (RMS/Retek). You will be knowledgeable and experienced in understanding business processes and the implications of incidents and/or issues on the business and will ideally have previously worked to ITIL and Six Sigma concepts.

In this 2nd Line Support Analyst position, you will be responsible diagnosing incidents reported to the Service Desk, resolving any functional or data related issues and partnering with the appropriate technical experts, in order to ensure that incidents are dealt with within the agreed business SLAs and OLAs. You will also be required to perform Root Cause Analysis, Post Implementation Support, Continuous Process Improvement and User Acceptance Testing.

This 2nd Line Support Analyst position will be based in the organisation's Watford office and comes with a competitive day rate.
