CRM Business Analyst - Netsuite

My client are one of the largest providers of specialist accountancy software organisations, providing both cloud and desktop solutions. I am delighted to be assisting them in the search for a CRM Business Analyst with the following;

Compulsory:

  • At least 5 years in a similar role working on project ~ £1m+
  • Understanding of key business process areas such as "Marketing to Lead" and "Lead to Order"
  • Recent experience of implementing business processes in CRM (Sales) and Marketing
  • Ability to write & present clearly and logically to all levels of the business team
  • Recent experience of full lifecycle projects
  • Experience with multiple delivery methodologies (Ideally waterfall and agile)
  • Experience of working on multiple projects at the same time

Desired:

  • Experience working in the software (or related) sector
  • Experience of working with multiple customer sales, pricing and product models
  • Experience of the Marketo (Marketing automation) Application
  • Experience of NetSuite CRM
  • Experience delivering CRM (Ideally using NetSuite & Marketo)

Key Skills & Qualities Required:

  • An analytical mind - inquisitive and interested in delivering business value from systems
  • Ability to work to parallel deadlines on a number of items simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in ambiguous environments
  • Strong documentation skills, particularly around process mapping
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams
  • Systematic, methodical & proactive approach
  • Highly organised with an outstanding work ethic
  • Able to work with the minimum of supervision as part of a team
  • Comfortable with complex concepts and ability to apply theory and learning to practical situations
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with staff at all levels of the business
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders at the same time
