Our colleagues make us one
Everyone’s different. And when everyone’s different, no one is. We’re proud to employ people from a variety of social and ethnic backgrounds throughout our business.
Our employees enjoy a working environment free from discrimination related to sex, race, colour, religion, age, ethnicity, nationality, disability or anything else.
One in three candidates placed by one of our Business Managers, over the last four years, have been women. And women currently make up just 27% of the UK’s digital workforce.
Amy Newton, Head of our QA/Testing Practice, co-runs an initiative called Monthly Gift with a student from Manchester University. Monthly Gift allows professionals in Manchester City Centre to donate sanitary products to homeless women, and those in need, in and around Manchester. Partnering with Manchester-based homeless charity Mustard Tree, we also organise comedy nights and discount weeks at popular shops to raise awareness of issues like tampon tax and the problems facing the female homeless community in Manchester.
We’re also a member of the Business Disability Forum, which provides advice, training and networking opportunities to help organisations become fully accessible to disabled customers and employees.
Come and meet our people.
